Honestly, I look at people with horror when they talk about weight loss and fitness and how hungry they are as a result. That’s not right!!! It’s also not sustainable, because at some point you’ll be hungry (or hungry) and make bad choices. Preaching to the LSF choir, I know, but you girls know I’m all about healthy living and #GuiltFreeLiving…which means making healthy choices. No deprivation!?
I get a lot of questions about how I eat and what I eat, and in addition to all the great things I share in HBMP and the Guiltless Nutrition Guide, I have another favorite snack I want to share with you. From chia seeds (and other great snacks). Mother Chia . Oh. my GAWD. Very good andyesso many ways to love them!

What is Chia? why it?
These little seeds are loaded with amazing goodness, including omega-3 fatty acids, antioxidants, fiber, iron, and calcium! These omega-3s help increase “good” cholesterol, which helps protect against heart attacks and strokes. They even contain 5.6 grams of protein per ounce! Sign me up!?
Another reason to board the Chia Train? Chia promotes a healthy complexion, boosts energy, and helps with weight loss. A very good snack!? YUP!

You ladies know that I stand behind brands that I really, truly love. IisAdmiring and recommending their products is associated with their brand. So, obviously I love regular chia seeds, but my latest crush has been Mamma Chia’s granola bars. It adds a perfect little crunch to Greek yogurt. After dinner, I like to make some Greek yogurt with some bark and have some fresh blueberries for dessert. Ummm…
Why am I Chia?
Besides all the obvious reasons to love chia (scroll up?), I personally found a lot of common ground in Jane’s story and how chia helped her health. Chia is super Helpful with all my digestive issues and I will take all the help I can get in that department!
