Did you know that March is International Nutrition Month?! Favorite month 😋 We love creating all kinds of healthy recipes for our little ones so you can enjoy every meal while feeling great. I’m excited too because today is my birthday!! I’m taking some time off with Ryan next week and can’t wait to celebrate.

But let’s be honest…nothing screams birthday more than cake. I mean, that’s all I really want today. I’m ready for all the birthday excitement, so I wanted you girls to join the party. That’s why I made these HEALTHY and EASY CinnaBun Cupcakes for one person!

I love making healthy cupcakes; Sometimes you just need something sweet, but you don’t want to make a huge mess or waste dessert. Or if you’re like me… having a giant plate of cookies at home or a cake waiting to be cut is just a little too tempting. But hear me out girlfriend – It’s okay to indulge once in a while. If you want to eat cake, eat the damn cake! I absolutely love this healthy cupcake recipe because it’s such a guilt-free treat (even if it’s not my birthday). 😋)

This healthy cupcake recipe tastes just like a CinnaBun, but with less sugar and more, plus a little extra white. It’s so easy, just throw the ingredients in a bowl, pop it in the microwave, and voila! You have a delicious, cinnamony treat. Oh, seriously, don’t skip this crust. It’s super easy and will fill your mini cupcakes perfectly.

EASY CINNABUN SOUTH BREAD RECIPE

Ingredients

Cinnabun Cupcakes

  • 1/4 cup GF all-purpose flour or almond flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 tablespoons of unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup or monk fruit maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon of melted coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar or monk fruit sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
